S4.E7. On this week's episode, we first join Bill Winke as he takes down stands across the farm. He's inspecting them to make sure they're still safe. One of the stands he pulls is among the deadliest on the entire farm. It's know as the "Open Gate." Winke goes into detail on why this stand works so well and relives two successful hunts. Then, we join Josh Honeycutt in Kentucky, who gives us an update on how his off-season has been going and introduces his plans to catch up with his top targets this coming fall.
1:15: It's a good practice to pull treestands periodically. Check for safety and fix or replace as needed.
5:30: Winke recaps one of his successful hunts from this spot. It's a great location during the rut, and deer naturally funnel through the area.
7:25: Then, he reviews another hunt from the same location. It's an incredible pursuit right in the middle of the rut. Deer are running everywhere, and a big one eventually trails a doe right by them.
12:58: Finally, we join Josh Honeycutt as he recaps his shed season. He covers shed hunting tips, tactics and information. He also talks about a couple target bucks he'll be chasing this fall.
