Mike Reed is hunting the urban zone in eastern Iowa. As he waits for opportunities, he discusses one of the main bucks he will be hunting this fall, a buck he nicknamed TD Jr. Mike has three years of history with this deer and it will be fun to watch him hunt this buck.

Jared heads to a new spot on new farm, with the goal of learning the deer movement ahead of the rut. With a nice drop in temperature, the deer are on their feet. Jared encounters multiple bucks, including a good looking 8 that puts on a show.

With another October cold front rolling through, Jared heads to his Dad's farm.  This is only his second time ever hunting the property, but the new Big N Beasty plot does not disappoint.  With temperatures in the 30's the following morning, Jared heads back to the swirling wind stand again looki...

With some of the coldest temperatures of the season so far, Jared makes a move to an internal Pure Trophy Clover plot. Despite gusty winds, it doesn’t take long for a mature buck to come in following a doe. The action is fast as the buck leaves the plot before Jared eventually gets an opportunity.

Without a second tag yet, Jared heads out to do some filming and captures some pretty cool footage throughout the afternoon. With a hot doe nearby, 11 different bucks come through the field, including one in full velvet!

It's an exciting time for Jared & Mike as they just closed on their own farm.  The first ever hunt starts out better than expected, as the guys have a great buck come right to the base of the tree.  Mike and Jared discuss their plans for the farm and can't wait to start learning it.

Mike heads south down to his farm, hoping to catch up with TD Jr.  The morning starts out fast with a number of bucks on their feet.  A big 4.5 year old that Mike has history with, comes in to 15 yards.

As a passing front moves through, Mike heads to the Graveyard Set with the hopes of catching a cruising buck.  For the afternoon hunt, Jared and Mike make the drive to their new farm.  The decide to hang a set on an inside corner, also using it as an observation stand.

Mike begins the morning trying a spot with a different wind for the first time.  The action picks up early, and he has a great encounter with another 4 year old, this one with a broken G3.  He then heads to the new farm to meet Jared, and the two put on waders and find a great-looking spot across...

With great November conditions, Jared & Mike spend the day at the new farm.  Mike hunts the same stand as the night before, overlooking the river.  Jared elects to hunt the opposite side in the afternoon, and the deer movement is great.  The oldest buck on the farm, "Gronk," makes an appearance.

On a perfect November morning, Jared heads to a thick bedding area on the new farm.  The great conditions do not disappoint, and the deer move early and often.  Having learned about some of the deer movement in the new spot, Jared hopes to be back in this stand very soon.

Strong northwest winds put Jared in a stand in the river bottom overlooking some willows.  A hot doe sighting produces a flurry of activity that continues throughout the evening.  At last light, Jared has his second encounter with "JJ," a good looking 4.5 year old.

On a cold, frosty November morning at the new farm, Jared and Mike hang two stands on the edge of a doe bedding area.  As daylight breaks, it doesn't take long for the oldest deer on the farm, "Gronk," to be at the base of their tree.  The guys make a quick camera switch in the tree, and Mike mak...

With rain falling, Jared and Mike take the opportunity to go deep in the bedding area of the new farm. With noise and scent being covered up, they hope to catch a cruising buck checking out the peninsula.

With the barometer on the rise, Mike has high hopes for the evening sit. He is on the new farm for the afternoon, and as he’s walking the slough to the stand, he realizes he should have headed in a little bit sooner. Nonetheless, the weather does not disappoint as deer are on their feet throug...

With a great morning weather forecast, Jared heads in early to beat the deer back to the main bedding area.  The deer movement is steady, and at 9:30, a mature buck beds with a doe at 40 yards.  While watching them for over an hour, Jared is caught off guard by another mature buck at 25 yards.

Jared and Mike head back into the peninsula on the new farm. Despite gusty northwest winds, it doesn’t take long for “Eli” to make his third appearance in four hunts.

With very cold temperatures, Mike & Jared head to a pinch point on the new farm.  Shortly after light, a familiar buck comes within 5 yards of the tree for the second time.  It's a great morning for deer movement.
