S1.E16. Phillip Culpepper has been chasing a buck since August, and finally has it walking into bow range. With acorns hitting the ground, Culpepper and his friend, Darrell, change tactics and get closer to the buck's bed. But something bad happens when Culpepper comes to full draw.
1:00 After several uneventful hunts, Culpepper decides to change things up and dive deeper into cover. Deer aren't making it to the fields, and so it's time do something about it.
2:15 While scouting, Culpepper sees a big buck rubbing a tree.
5:00 They find a good spot for a stand location. They pull a stand down, and rehang it closer to bedding cover.
8:00 After a quick bite and a quick shower, Culpepper is back in the woods and hoping for an encounter with the kicker buck.
11:00 His target steps out, along with quite a few other deer.
