S3.E77. Country music singer Thomas Rhett tags his first Tennessee longbeard, and it's a darn good one. Thomas' dad, Rhett Akins, and Phillip Culpepper are along for the hunt.
0:05 Culpepper tells everyone what's up. He's headed west in Tennessee. He'll be hunting with Thomas Rhett and Rhett Akins.
1:30 The trio gets set up, and Culpepper begins calling sequences. They're hoping a nearby pasture bird comes their way.
2:25 Birds aren't talking and the action is slow, and the crew decides to make a move. Culpepper brainstorms what to do next.
3:10 They finally hear a group of gobblers they can make a move on, and the hunters set up. Now, the waiting game.
4:05 After closing part of the distance, the turkeys work away from them. Culpepper calls an audible and they attempt to get closer to the drifting turkeys. But right when they move, the turkeys walk into view ... a lot of them.
7:00 Culpepper closes it out with another edition of "Why He Did What He Did."
