On this week's episode of Midwest Whitetail, we join Zach Rozmus who, up to 2025, has poured the majority of his free time into the farm he called "Area 52". Whether improving habitat for wildlife, targeting a specific buck, or planning out future habitat improvements, Zach was always looking at how to make the farm better. This spring, an opportunity at a new farm presented itself, leading Zach to sell Area 52 and buy what he now calls "The Homestead." Throughout this episode, Zach dives into to how he was able to turn 95 acres into 145, why he decided to sell Area 52 for the Homestead, and his future plans for making the biggest impact on this blank slate farm. We hope you enjoy this one and we can't wait to follow along with The Homestead in the coming years. Thank you for the support and drop us a comment with any questions as you watch!
