Back with another mid-week show, today's episode of Midwest Whitetail finds the Reed family back in the woods on a successful early October hunt. Before diving into the hunt for "Tony," Mike Reed discusses tips on how to identify bully bucks, and how continuing to focus on harvesting mature bucks year after year keeps the herd hierarchy in balance and optimizes herd structure. Then, battling the early October heatwave, Mike and his two sons Tate and Xander hit the River Farm with the legendary buck "Tony" at the top of the target list. Coming down to the wire, Tate makes a perfect shot leading to another great memory made in the deer woods. We thank you as always for your support and hope you enjoy the show!
