On this week's episode of Midwest Whitetail, we're diving deep into the mind of one of the best deer hunter's we know. Time and time again, Owen Reigler has showcased his ability to successfully accomplish one of hunting's hardest tasks: solving the mystery of hunting big bucks with the bow. From a digital map, to shed antlers, to trail cam pictures, all the way to boots on the ground scouting, Owen works backwards showcasing his process that has worked for him. Specifically, he does this by highlighting his plans for hunting a giant buck known as 6x5 covering all of the above topics that he plans to put into practice. In addition to all of this, Owen needs your help! Come up with the most creative name for the buck he's hunting and if Owen selects your idea, we will send you one of our new Whitetail Match Set hoods in your desired color. Just drop the names in the comments section and that's all you need to do to enter! As always thanks for watching an episode of Midwest Whitetail and enjoy the week ahead.
