On this week’s episode of the off-season show, we join Jared Mills as he heads out to a new piece of ground that he has leased for the upcoming hunting season. Being that it is one of the first times he has walked the property, Jared sets out with the goal of figuring out the basic lay of the land and the general deer movement in the area. Then, Kaleb Greiner heads to a new permission farm that he similarly hopes to learn more about through boots-on-the-ground scouting. He discusses his strategy for learning new properties, and what he looks for to understand the way deer use a property.
