On this week's episode of Midwest Whitetail we kick things off with Mike Reed who is shooting the @hoytarcheryofficial RX-8 in preparation for the upcoming season. Years ago, Mike exchanged work for hunting permission and was able to create some awesome memories for both himself and wife Kathryn. Due to time restraints Mike could no longer manage the farm but in turn has introduced Rye Ludwig to the landowner and he will be assuming the responsibilities moving forward. Wasting no time, Rye heads out to the new farm to gain as much intel as he can coming into late summer. With @CuddebackDigital cameras in the @mysteryranch pack, Rye starts to game plan on how he plans to hunt the property come this fall. After this we jump back to Mike who is heading to the River farm to get the @monsterbuck Rut Greens Plus Cold Climate into the ground with rain in the forecast. As he heads around the farm, Mike gives us his plan on how he is going to hunt Moss in the early, mid, and late season as well as provide some great tips for hunting each of the respective times of the year.
