With a great food source to hunt, the trio key in on a big 8 that has been frequenting the area with hopes of trying to fill Jenna's first buck tag of the season. After hunting her tail off all fall, she finally gets her opportunity and makes a perfect shot.

Finally, on the topic of interns, we shift our focus to catching up with Shea McTighe, who was a part of the 2023 internship class here at Midwest Whitetail. Shea talks through why he was interested in the internship, what he learned throughout his time here, and generally speaking talks through his takeaways while here. After putting in a ton of work throughout the season following Kaleb Greiner with a camera and maintaining editing tasks, Shea's hunting opportunity arose during the 2nd shotgun season in Iowa. As you'll see, he made the most of it.
