On this week's episode of Midwest Whitetail, we kick things off with lead editor Gavin Koterba, who updates us on his progress with Chasing November Season 9. The team had a great season in 2023, possibly our best, and he has had his nose on the grindstone getting that ready for the August release. In the meantime, be sure to check out the Chasing November Season 8 playlist.
Then, Kaleb Greiner takes us through how he approaches bowhunting permission farms. It's the start of a three-part series that will take place over the coming months.
In part 1, Kaleb goes over how he obtains permission to hunt on a landowner's property; his tactics for scouting after gaining permission to bowhunt; how he runs cameras during the offseason to gain information that will be applicable during the hunting season; as well as a variety of other tactics and tricks that he has learned through the years bowhunting permission farms.
Next, we head over to Owen Reigler, who has so far kept up with his promise of shooting 20 minutes every day. Owen takes us through two extremely useful archery tips that can help you hone skills and become a better archer.
As always, we thank you all for the support and hope that you enjoy this week's episode.
