On this week's episode, Drake Lamb brings us up to speed while out shed hunting. He fills us in that Chad Holmes and Josh Sparks are kicking off the turkey season down in Florida and the Chasing Red Series will be soon to follow.
Kaleb Greiner has had his nose to the grindstone this offseason. A lot of the habitat management work he has been doing so far is actually part of government programs that offer financial assistance to landowners making property improvements. Kaleb dives into what programs are available, what to expect when you enter the programs, and how it can be advantageous toward creating a relationship with a landowner.
Last but certainly not least, we go back to late October of the 2023 bow season when Justin Karns sent an arrow through a magnificent 8-pointer. Unfortunately, at the time, there was no recovery but there are multiple good lessons in this hunt and we dive into them. Shed season brought a huge surprise, as Justin was finally able to put his hands on the Iowa giant.
