S4.E17. On this week's episode, we head to the Bluegrass State for the first hunt of the season. Jared Mills, on his earliest ever whitetail hunt, fills his first tag of the year on a great buck nearly in full velvet. Also in Kentucky, team member Josh Honeycutt lays out his plans for the season and updates us on which bucks he's hoping to target.
05 Mills meets up with family, and then heads to the store to get his deer tags. Game time.
25 Bill Winke talks about what he's been up to, and then we're back to Mills.
00 Mills and Grant Noble are in a ground blind, and they hope to encounter a mature deer.
00 Deer begin moving, and the hunters get still and serious.
00 They don't wait long before a great buck walks into the open. It's 9-pointer that's just beginning to shed its velvet.
18 The crew blood-trails the buck, and the party begins. His family arrives and celebrates the harvest with him.
10 Then, Josh Honeycutt sets the stage for his 2020 season, and hopes to connect on one of his returning target bucks.
