This will be Bill’s last hunt before the holidays. He heads to a Redneck Blind where he has got pictures of a mature deer a few weeks prior in hopes that he makes his way past. The night starts off pretty slow but picks up towards sunset. He has an encounter with a nice four year old buck he calls “Chocolate Rack” just before camera light ends!

Bill, Drake and Cooper are filming the fields again and this time they turned up several very solid bucks. At least one will be on the list for the fall. Bill shoots another 60 yard group as he continues to prepare for the season.

Winke Day 29: Rut's Final Fling
Bill is back in the stand! Although temps are in the 50's, deer movement seemed to be unaltered. The rut is coming to an end, so Bill is targeting food sources where he hopes to see bucks starting to transition into their feeding patterns.
