Recognized as Realtree’s funny man, Michael Pitts keeps viewers laughing on Realtree 365 and other Realtree media outlets. His jokes and antics are mostly geared around poking fun at prominent personalities in the hunting industry. But what many of his fans don’t realize is that he’s so much more than just a comedian. Pitts splits his time between being a fireman, a family man, a farmer, and an archery shop owner, but says he works hardest at simply being a good person.

Pitts says he’s learned a thing or two over the years while juggling several careers and just living life. “In life, I think you’re always going to have ups and downs," Pitts said. "Sometimes, on every path you travel, you’re going to take a dark road or a dark path. Everything is not going to be perfect. That’s what you’ve got to understand. Whether it be work, play, family, friends … you’re gonna have those ups and you’re going to have those downs. I think the way you handle yourself in those situations is what defines what kind of person you are. And if you bet on yourself and stay true to yourself, you’re honest, you’re dependable, you’re reliable … if you put all those things together, you can’t lose.”
