S1.E1. Mark Heck heads to Utah for a spring black bear hunt with Mossback Outfitters. It was a long 12 days, but they finally managed to get a good bear on the ground. Heck and his cameraman, Tyler Weaver, also have mountain lion tags. Will it happen?
0:30 We kick off the episode with Heck as he chases big black bears with dogs.
2:00 They have a bear bayed up on the ground, and dogs are all around it. They give it the pass, though.
3:30 The crew locates a lion track, and immediately switches gears. Game on.
4:30 We hear a guy calling his dogs, and it sounds more like a crazy man yelling in the woods.
6:45 Another day dawns, and they hope it's a tag-filling one. It isn't.
12:00 The seventh morning kicks off, and they're on yet another cat track.
13:45 The dogs corner a nice one in the rocks, but it isn't the caliber of boar they're looking for.
14:30 The bear takes a swipe at the GoPro before the crew pulls the dogs and heads to a new spot.
16:00 It's day No. 11, and they still haven't tagged a bear or cat.
17:00 Finally, they find the bear they want. Everything comes together as Heck hoped it would.
