The story of a true old school deer camp meeting new world management practices to take a raw piece of hunting land and develop it into whitetail Mecca. We have purchased our initial piece of our own dirt this past year and in the beginning stages of development. This will be a multi-year project. Reality storylines of sharing a piece of dirt with lease members and land partners and all the good, bad, and ugliness that comes with this based around “the ratshack” a 1970’s 2 room cabin we use as our lodge. This is not the story of the wealthy, this is the story of the modern-day average deer Hunter The feel of what we would try to accomplish is an entertaining reality side similar to a duck dynasty feel but also incorporating knowledge and education through what we are actually doing and accomplishing on these raven properties......Badass hunting footage, entertaining reality, with educational nuggets and mini storylines scattered in and out for not only the average guy but also someone who has interest in whitetail management or has a piece of dirt of his own he wants to turn into a Mecca. We will be buying new pieces yearly under the raven properties umbrella and developing them using the show to promote them very softly mainly just drawing attention to the raven properties name.
