S3.E35. Phillip Culpepper and Drake Lamb arrive in Mississippi to shelter in place for the next couple of weeks. They're back at a friend's farm they hunted on a couple weeks prior. Hopefully, they'll get on more turkeys. Of course, they need something to do while the world is on lockdown.
55: They hit the road and head across the Mississippi River. They reach their destination late, and get ready for the next morning's hunt. Lamb is behind the boom stick.
05: The first morning is a bust. They don't see or hear a longbeard. Hopefully the afternoon hunt will prove more productive.
30: They finally strike a turkey, but aren't exactly sure where it's located. They move in on the gobbler and hustle to get in position. The bird gets hot and really starts gobbling. Unfortunately, it cools off and gobbles less and less as it gets closer. By the end of it all, they set up on the bird for more than two hours, but it doesn't pan out.
55: Culpepper realizes why the bird hung up and talks about why the gobbler did what he did.
