Finally, the crew finds two mid-afternoon strutters that slowly work into range.
25 Chuck heads to the range and learns a few safety lessons. Then, he practices on a turkey target and gets familiar with the Remington. He's ready for the woods.
30 They eat a little breakfast and get ready for the morning turkey hunt. Chuck is excited, and didn't sleep much due to high anticipation.
25 A turkey is gobbling, and the crew decides to get up and head toward him. Culpepper uses onX to help determine where he's located. It doesn't work out, though. They eat candy and junk food instead.
21 Chuck has a Zoom meeting with his classmates. They take a break from the hunt to take care of school-related business.
10 Then, it's back to the real fun. Lunch break is over and school is out. They're back in action. Culpepper spots turkeys right away and they set up quickly.
35 Two longbeards come strutting up over the rise. Chuck gets his gobbler.
