On this week's episode we're joining both Owen Reigler and Nolan Redeker for two exciting updates as we near closer and closer to opening day 2025. Kicking things off, we head to southern Iowa with Owen who's talking about the "Genesis" buck a whole lot earlier than expected. Having priorly discussed that this buck has never called the property home until fall, Owen talks about what he think may be playing the biggest role in such a change. Either way, the bucks giant and has excitement rolling full steam ahead. From there, Owen passes the torch to Nolan Redeker over in Kansas. If you remember, last spring Nolan introduced his first property ever that earned the title "The Buck 40." On that video, Nolan discussed how he was able to purchase his first property at 21 years old and this week's update fast forwards a year to recap the projects and experiences he's had as a first year landowner. With at least 40 different bucks cruising through the property last fall, Nolan has big hopes and plans for the ground this fall. As always we really appreciate you taking the time to follow along on another episode and hope you enjoyed the show!
